Dissolves easily and quickly, doesn’t froth like every other clear proteins I’ve tried. Flavor is good, wish there were more choices. Price per serving is also great. Good macros and low sugar. Love the bag packaging, saves space and plastic!

So, I purchased this particular protein because I had read so many good reviews. Also, I wanted something different from the typical chocolate, vanilla, strawberry flavored milkshake style protein. I must say that I'm pleasantly surprised. I purchased the Crisp Apple flavor. I mixed one scoop with about 12 ounces of cold water, but instead of using a shaker bottle, I poured it into a glass and stirred with a spoon for about 20 seconds. It mixed perfectly with no clumps. The taste was light and refreshing with no aftertaste. The flavor reminded me of a Crystal Light apple flavored drink...light, refreshing, and not overpowering. Another thing I like about this protein is that there is no unpleasant smell upon opening the bag. It's a very pleasant, almost candy-like aroma. This is the perfect between meal drink, and a great post workout drink. Hopefully, when I purchase my next bag, the Tropical Crush flavor will be available.
